Living in the South for 21 years now, I’ve always been exploring what this beautiful city has to offer. Where else can you wake up with a peace of mind, escape from the bustling noise of the urban lifestyle and discovering the city bursting with life? This is in fact the ultimate reason why we would always come home and visit South over the busy city of Manila where we stayed for years during our college days. Well, our place, or what I mean to say, our home, would always be a great escape. This Mother’s day, we decided to have a quick getaway to the most beautiful place where people who wanted to have a break from the busy city would always come to visit.
Our weekend was well spent from the road trip until we have arrived to this place perfected by nature. It was truly a priceless experience to have this kind of modern beauty amidst Mother Earth’s creation. Can you just imagine waking up to a stunning view every morning right from your own room’s veranda, sighting the hotel’s iconic infinity pool before headed out to your day activities?
Daydreaming is now over because our “view” goals has come to life. I’ve always loved looking at exhilarating views of nature from different countries around the world through photographs, wanting to visit them too. And with this one, I was really astonished from what I’ve seen with my own eyes. I just love this place so much from the modern architecture of this building to the interior design. This place is located in the heart of Tagaytay, Philippines which is very accessible to the most visited place such as Sky Ranch, Pink Sisters Convent, Calaruega Church, and overlooking restaurants and coffee shops. As what we have always associated Tagaytay for a classic and timeless beauty of the old time, this one explicated the modern version of Tagaytay.
After a long day, we treated ourselves with a lavish hotel stay at Escala. There’s so much activities to do having the complete modern amenities for convenience, comfort, and relaxation. What really caught my attention was the galaxy-themed infinity pool at night. It’s just so perfect which really adds up to the relaxing ambiance of the place. You can enjoy yourself with family and loved ones having the remarkable view of the Taal lake nearby and the cool breeze as an escape from the summer weather. I would definitely come back here for another humbling and satisfying staycation!
